Pilops Coins (P$) are the in-game currency. You earn them by flying and spend them on almost everything that grows your operation. They cannot be bought with real money.
How you earn Coins
- Delivering jobs. When you finish a flight, each cargo or passenger job delivered pays its price, adjusted for the condition of the goods. Your Flight streak adds a bonus on top; the 10% flight fee comes off the total. The rest is your profit.
- Flying for a company. On a company flight the profit is split between you and the company according to the company's commission.
- Selling. Selling an aircraft on the Marketplace or selling back an empty hangar returns Coins.
- Referrals. A new pilot who signs up through your referral earns a P$ 1,000 bonus.
- Transfers. Another pilot or a company can send you Coins. See Bank.
What Coins buy
- Aircraft, new or used. See Buying an aircraft and Marketplace.
- Aircraft rentals, as an alternative to Pilop Points. See Renting an aircraft.
- Fuel: P$ 3 per lb of AvGas, P$ 5 per lb of Jet-A1. See Fuel.
- Hangars, and moving an aircraft between hangars.
- Stands (P$ 10,000 / 30,000 / 150,000 per month by size) and Routes (P$ 600 per nautical mile).
- Maintenance.
- Company costs: creating a company, extra hubs, tier upgrades. See Companies.
Personal and company balances
Your personal balance and each company's balance are separate. When you fly a company aircraft, fuel and fees can be charged to the company account if the company allows it, and the flight profit is split by the commission. Company admins and managers can see the company's history in the Bank.
