Renting an aircraft gives you an aircraft for 30 days without buying it. You choose the airport where it is delivered, pay once in Pilops Coins (P$) or Pilop Points (Pp$), and fly it like any other aircraft until the rental ends.
How it works
- Open Buy Aircraft in the app, choose an aircraft and select Rent.
- Pick the airport where the aircraft should be delivered. A rental does not need a hangar.
- Pick the payment method: Coins or Points, from your personal account or from the company account when renting for a company.
- Confirm. The aircraft is yours for 30 days from that moment.
Rental prices are listed next to the purchase price in the Aircraft catalog.
Rules
- A rented aircraft cannot be listed on the Marketplace.
- Company rentals follow the company's rules: the delivery airport must be inside the operating area and the category must be allowed by the company's tier. See Hubs and operating area.
- You cannot start a flight with an aircraft whose rental has expired. When the 30 days are over, the aircraft is removed from your fleet.
- Do not plan a long flight right before the rental ends. Finish the flight first, then let the rental expire.
When renting makes sense
- Trying a bigger aircraft before buying it.
- A one-off job that needs more seats or payload than you own.
- Flying from an airport where you have no hangar.
