The commission is the share of a company flight's revenue that goes to the pilot's personal account. The rest stays in the company balance.
How it works
- The admin sets the commission when founding the company and can change it later in the company settings.
- It must be between 10% and 50%. A company cannot give its pilots more than half of the revenue, so that the company keeps enough to grow instead of competing for pilots with 80–90% offers.
- The company page shows it in the header, for example Roster open · 40% commission · pilots keep the rest. The Companies list can be sorted by commission.
- The split is applied to the flight's revenue after the flight fee. Fuel paid from the company balance is a company cost; fuel paid from the pilot's account is the pilot's.
Example
A company with a 40% commission completes a flight with a profit of P$ 10,000. The pilot receives P$ 4,000 in their personal account and the company receives P$ 6,000.
