Dashboard

From Pilops Wiki

This is the approved revision of this page, as well as being the most recent.

The Dashboard is the home page of the Pilops app. It shows the whole world at once: every flight in progress on a live map, the pilots at the top of the ranking, and your own numbers.

The live map

The map shows each flight that is being tracked right now, with the aircraft's position and heading. Click a flight to focus it on the map; the panel then shows its route, its current state (Boarding, Taxing, In Flight or Landed), progress, flight time, altitude and airspeed.

The Live Tracker panel lists the same flights ("… live now"). When nobody is flying it reads "No active flights at the moment." The panel can be collapsed to leave the map clean.

Your own flight appears here too, as soon as the Pilops Client connects to the simulator. Position updates arrive about once a minute.

Rankings

The Leaderboard panel shows the Top XP list: the ten pilots with the most experience, with their country and total XP. Below it, Your position shows where you are, with the pilot just above and the pilot just below you, so you always have context even far from the top. See Rankings.

Balance and level

Your balance in Pilops Coins (P$) and Pilop Points (Pp$), your level and your XP are in the top bar on every page, including the dashboard. See Pilops Coins, Pilop Points and Levels and XP.

Flight Streak

The Flight Streak card shows how many consecutive days you have flown, the Current Bonus that streak gives you, and a countdown ("Complete a flight within…") to the moment the streak resets. If you have not flown today it invites you to take a flight to start or keep the combo. The card can be collapsed. See Flight streak.

Starting a flight from here

The streak card and the top bar both lead to New Flight. See Planning a flight.
