Settings

The Settings page groups everything about your account. Open it from the user menu.

Account & Profile

First name, last name, country and avatar. These are the public identity used across Pilops.

Nickname. Your nickname is your public handle and the address of your profile page. Changing it costs Pp$ 350 in Pilop Points, and the new nickname must not be in use by another pilot.

Preferences

Language: English or Portuguese.
Weight unit: pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg). It changes how cargo, fuel and capacities are displayed everywhere in the app; nothing else changes.

Security

Change password sends a reset link to the e-mail registered on your account. It is available for accounts that log in with an e-mail and password; accounts that signed up through another provider do not use a Pilops password.

Subscription

If you have a monthly Pilop Points plan, the Billing portal button opens the page where you can update the payment method, see invoices or cancel. See Pilop Points.

Notifications

One switch: Receive system updates by e-mail, for notices about maintenance, updates and new features.

Privacy

Controls which sections of your public profile other pilots can see: Public profile as a whole, and individually career statistics, participating companies, fleet and flights. See Privacy.

Delete Account

The Danger Zone at the bottom starts the two-step deletion. See Deleting your account.
